Pre Columbian ancient Valdivian Venus fertility figure circa 1500-2500 BC

A solid body clay female figure with red slip
These so called Venus figures are one of the first pottery figures to be found in south America
and  were produced in great numbers and used in fertility rituals after which the figures were discard often broken 
and have been found in large groups of hundreds of pieces.
Size 9 cm, 3.5 inches approx
Condition; legs re-attached other wise fine
